Jadon Sancho’s transfer to Manchester United looks more and more likely as days of the transfer window pass. The most intriguing part of the prospective deal is that United’s rivals, Manchester City, may profit off the deal.
Sancho is a product of the Manchester City Academy and left their U-18’s side to join Borussia Dortmund in August 2017. The deal was around 8 million Euros, and now the Englishman’s transfer value has skyrocketed to the 120 million Euro mark.
Dortmund have made it clear that they are not willing to budge on 120 million Euro figure. If United do meet them at that figure, the deal will take follow through.
The latest update from Fabrizio Romano read, “Talks on. Personal terms are ok. It’s up to the two clubs and needs time. Still not agreed about instalments and add ons to arrive at final fee. But talks are on ‘day by day’ and no deadline.”
👌🏻 that’s the situation for #Sancho.
